Orders will normally dispatch within 1 business day. All UK orders will ship via next day courier. Delivery Charges UK - £10 European - £ 15 Rest Of World - £25 Please note orders of more than one book will also incur an additional £5 delivery charge per book. In cases of pre-orders where you also ordered another item you will be charged two sets of delivery costs. If you require 10 books or more please contact us for a quote. International Orders - Import Duty & Fees Disclaimer You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. For all orders shipped by CBL Distribution Limited, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders that are shipped to countries other than the United Kingdom may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment subject to such import taxes, customs duties, and fees (which are levied once a shipment reaches your country) must comply with them and CBL Distribution Limited cannot be held liable whatsoever for these charges. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country—you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. To return your product please contact us. Our Returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery date, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return reasonable care must be taken to return the goods in the condition received. Ideally this would be returned in the original packaging. Returns Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account, there is often some processing time before a refund is showing in your account.
